Julian Saunders

Julian is the SK Sounding Board’s brand, communications and social media brain.

Previously a strategist at Google, non-executive Planning Director of Good Technology, Chief Executive and European Planning Director of Red Cell London; Head of Strategy at McCann-Erickson and Editor of The Communications Challenge, Julian’s published work includes ‘Storytelling in the Digital Age’ and ‘Partnerships with Entertainment Brands Comes of Age’. He has won numerous awards for projects including his research into advertising to women, the impact of the digital revolution on consumer culture and revolutionising Christian Aid’s online fund raising activity.

He is the founder of The Joined Up Company, which focuses on business education.

‘Outside world Julian’ is a bit of a culture vulture and takes advantage of all that London has to offer in the arts: theatre, art, museums – you name it and he will try to go if at all possible. He cycles everywhere in London, come wind, rain or shine.
