Inspired by documentary filmmaking and anthropology, Nick travels around the world getting close to people’s lives. His work provides leading organisations with behavioural insights and supports internal communication programmes and marketing campaigns.
Recent projects include research to understand the healthcare needs of young homeless people in the UK that was showcased at the Houses of Parliament and a number of global ethnographic studies for internationally recognised brands designed to bring the world of the customer into the boardroom.
Nick has won awards and presented papers on ethnographic research at international conferences including BHBIA, ESOMAR, EPIC, Market Research Society and AQR.
