Create the HIMSS Online HUB: A virtual workspace, ensuring that at any time, the leadership and teams could step back into the project and continue to engage and collaborate - with the content and tools right there where they needed them.

SPRINT approach and tools to maintain momentum: Between workshops, we analysed the outcomes, held reflection and planning sessions and, supported and empowered teams as they innovated and developed solutions to identified challenges.
