Accessible venue and staging: We ensured venues were inclusive across the spectrum of needs and was accessible for vulnerable guests. We engaged and supported them in the lead-up and on the day. A dedicated member of staff was on hand throughout the workshops.
Short turnaround: Dates, times and duration of the workshops were preset, with only two weeks to prepare
