WORLD OBESITY FEDERATION

We got the world to sit up and listen and put obesity back on the global agenda.

With a landmark report. Reframed narrative - from blame to systemic support. Global media, reaching 1.6billion. A global coalition. 90M lives impacted. Support from the World Health Organisation, UNICEF and Michael Bloomberg.

Rapid strategy development and supporting delivery from a multidisciplinary team who worked in partnership with the WOF team to capitalise on the important moment presented by Covid. Including: narrative and messaging, stakeholder and media engagement

HEALTH SERVICE EXECUTIVE, IRELAND (HSE)

Creating the world’s largest health social movement with 1+ million NHS staff

Numerous award-winning behaviour change campaigns across the health and care system regionally and nationally including: responsible drinking, lung disease, heart health and smoking cessation.

THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (WHO)

Enabling people living with non-communicable diseases (PLWNCDs) to influence the design and delivery of their health and care policies and services. By shaping the design of the WHO Framework for their effective and equal engagement across the 151 member states of the WHO.

Research and engagement with PLWNCDs living with 37 non-communicable diseases including complex mental health conditions in 39 countries across the 6 member regions of WHO, analysis, report and recommendations.

BRADFORD CITY COUNCIL

From most dangerous city in Europe to ‘City of Culture’ & united leaders. £1.3 m funding from MHCLG. Reducing Hate Crime and Building Happier, Stronger Communities for Everyone in Bradford

In 5-weeks we designed and co-delivered participatory community research and engagement with more than 630 of the wonderful people of Bradford. We brought together all ages, faiths and walks of life. We got to the heart of some of the most persistent integration challenges, in addition to the fundamental human needs of employment, prosperity and hope.

GOOGLE DEEPMIND

Building trust and understanding of AI and DeepMind.

In 2017, when controversy and lack of understanding was undermining the emerging potential for AI and DeepMind to contribute to healthcare. We identified the knowledge gap, the route of fears, significant differences in stakeholder perceptions and the clear potential. Enabling DeepMind to engage with confidence and build relationships and AI to become a top three priority for the NHS and Understanding stakeholder perspectives, fears and opportunities.

Counsel. Research and stakeholder engagement across the health and care landscape. Including clinicians on the ground in clinical settings. Report, workshopping and recommendations.
