Based in London & Sussex
SK has always benefited from a base in London and Sussex. Where and how we work is important. Having space in which to think, collaborate and get creative are all key. We have the benefits of flexible spaces so that we can work together, safely and separately in peace when we need to.

Getting there
It is important to work together safely face to face with a combination of remote and flexible working. Our offices are cleaned daily, and we work to the government’s social-distancing guidelines. If you live locally, you can drive (or cycle!) to our both offices.
LONDON.
We work from various co-working spaces in the heart of the city, generally with easy access to London Bridge Station (Mainline rail, Northern and Jubilee lines).
SUSSEX.
76 High Street Ardingly, Haywards Heath RH17 6TD.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from Haywards Heath train station. If you come by train, we can arrange a taxi service to collect and drop you back. You can travel directly from London Bridge, London Victoria, London St Pancras, London Blackfriars, London Farringdon (all the Thameslink stops), East Croydon, Clapham Junction and Brighton. Trains are quiet coming here, and you’ll always get a seat. There will potentially be a company pool car in Sussex too, so you can get out and about at lunchtimes.
Food is important to us!
In both London and Sussex we have the benefits of an open-plan kitchens where you can help yourself to anything you need from a light salad to a sandwich or a smoothie. You can rustle up a quick lunch on your own or over a conversation with the team.
We love our coffee and enjoy a fresh, barista style brew every day thanks to our much loved artisan machines.
Once a week we have a team breakfast or lunch, and like to celebrate our achievements and milestones with homemade cake and tea...or gin. We’re fond of fizz too.
We’re into wellbeing
Our Sussex office is 5 minutes from the South of England Show Ground which makes for beautiful lunchtime walks and quiet thinking space.
Once a month we have a team ‘Pause and Reflect’ where we go for a walk around Wakehurst Place just a 5-minute drive away or around Ardingly Reservoir.
We have a rooftop terrace overlooking London and open garden space in Sussex and provide laptop screen covers, so we can enjoy some Vitamin D whilst getting on with our important work!
