THE CHALLENGE

  • To rapidly re-design and ‘flip to digital’ during Covid as the 2020 lockdown was announced halfway through the engagement phase with 5,000 psychologists across the globe.

  • To deliver the international engagement exercise without changing times or ambitions.

 

 

EVENT SOLUTIONS

A virtual 3-day Digital Summit, designed with a clear purpose for over 500 global delegates: our expert team of researchers, design thinkers and event experts enabled us to respond at pace, for example, rapidly building digital tools that enabled interactive sessions.

AI-powered and data-driven platform to host engagement, co-production, polling and decision-making was built to house bespoke tools and content. We created online journey maps and personas, interactive visual stories with ‘speaker stages’ with polling built-in. This ensured the audience could engage meaningfully to shape the future and decisions. Audience insight and data were captured and themed ready for the analysis phase.

  • Immersive UX journey: The digital summit mirrored the intended face-to-face experience and was built to include;

    • Debates to agree on the future strategic themes

    • Focus groups to test and shape the final recommendations

    • Polling and voting to facilitate decision making

    • A final showcase of recommendations led by participating psychologists

    • A live Q&A with the leadership

    • Live voting on recommendations to take forward and to the Board
