THE CHALLENGE

  • Short turnaround: Dates, times and duration of the workshops were preset, with only two weeks to prepare.

  • Five very different subjects: One subject per workshop.

  • The outputs had to inform the strategy

EVENT SOLUTIONS

  • Bespoke and interactive innovation workshops: Each workshop was designed to co-produce solutions and recommendations

  • Bespoke tools, including ideation and planning.

    • Journey mapping, storyboarding & personas for each workshop.

    • Co-production of the vision and ideas.

    • Agile and ‘appreciative enquiry’ approach to ensure we remained focused within the 3-hour timeframe.

    • Content that was sensitive to the diversity of stakeholders and inclusive to maximise collaboration and learning.

  • Experience Gurus and Lived Experience: Each workshop was led and designed by expert facilitators.

  • Accessible venue and staging: We ensured venues were inclusive across the spectrum of needs and was accessible for vulnerable guests. We engaged and supported them in the lead-up and on the day. A dedicated member of staff was on hand throughout the workshops.
