THE CHALLENGE

  • The backdrop and pressures of COVID-19 and the lockdown impacting the sector.

  • Minimal time and appetite for new reforms and qualifications.

EVENT SOLUTIONS

  • Q+A Functionality for stakeholders to engage with the consultation process capturing and recording the data for DfE. We built multiple touchpoints for the audience to share their views and questions; both in advance and live on the day.

  • Pre-engagement site where attendees could learn about the reforms, engage with content and register for a virtual ticket built by our UX design team to allow attendees to share their questions, interact with panel discussions, download key documents, and book a tech-check if needed.

  • Bespoke Platform: a simple, effective AI-powered, platform that interacted with Microsoft Teams to meet the DfE security requirements. Capturing insights in real-time to theme and sort. Allowing the leadership team time to prepare responses.

  • Expert Chair to ensure questions were managed, energies remained high and allow the DfE team to focus on interacting with the audience.

  • On-hand Technical support from two ‘Digital Angels’ to ensure the webinar ran smoothly on the day, and as a contact for delegate technical support. They managed the platform logistics, which included a live-stream presentation from the Minister of Education.
