EVENT SOLUTIONS
Q+A Functionality for stakeholders to engage with the consultation process capturing and recording the data for DfE. We built multiple touchpoints for the audience to share their views and questions; both in advance and live on the day.
Pre-engagement site where attendees could learn about the reforms, engage with content and register for a virtual ticket built by our UX design team to allow attendees to share their questions, interact with panel discussions, download key documents, and book a tech-check if needed.
Bespoke Platform: a simple, effective AI-powered, platform that interacted with Microsoft Teams to meet the DfE security requirements. Capturing insights in real-time to theme and sort. Allowing the leadership team time to prepare responses.
Expert Chair to ensure questions were managed, energies remained high and allow the DfE team to focus on interacting with the audience.
On-hand Technical support from two ‘Digital Angels’ to ensure the webinar ran smoothly on the day, and as a contact for delegate technical support. They managed the platform logistics, which included a live-stream presentation from the Minister of Education.
